On average your order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 1-5 business days. The cost of your shipping will vary according to the amount spent on your purchase. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the postal system considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, please call us at our toll-free number: 1.800.383.9270 (9AM to 5PM EST, Monday to Friday). 
SHIPPING: We are not responsible for any loss or delay. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. The courier is responsible for any loss or unforeseen delays in the arrival of you order. Please contact us and we will contact the shipper to open an investigation.  Physical damage caused by shipping must be reported within 30 days. We will refund accordingly after shipper investigation. Please check order confirmation email and/or fax. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. Packages that are Return to Sender (RTS) must be authorized by an employee of Stericorp Inc. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for packages returned without authorization. For refunds, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN / REFUND / REPLACEMENT: Physical damage to any product will void the product´s warranty. Physical damage caused by shipping must be reported within 30 days after the delivery date. All defective products must be returned in original packaging along with all documents/ accessories and packed with care. Incorrect product purchased due to website error, must be reported to us to obtain authorization in order to receive refund.
